Unit C Condo is on 3 floors with a large master bedroom, a large loft and more that was "completely" renovated in 2023.

 

The first floor entrance has an armoire wall closet, large mudroom/foyer, and a new stackable washer/dryer unit in laundry area with utility sink.A BEAUTIFUL staircase leads up to the open floor plan  - kitchen, living room and dining room which boasts lots of natural sun light. The living room has a queen size pull out couch (IKEA Style large couch) and a 70" TV.

From the living room, French doors open into the large master bedroom, which has one queen size bed and one twin size bed. There are two night tables, a large wardrobe armoire, a dresser, and a 50" TV with plenty of room to relax.

There are additional stairs that lead up to the 3rd floor large loft with a couch that converts to a twin bed and TV.

Included are beach towels, beach tags and for weekly rentals if available for an additional fee of 75.00 for one private beach parking space directly across from the beach for easy beach access!
